The present edition has been checked countless times, yet we do not have the temerity to claim that there are no errors, which may have escaped our notice in the course of the effort to edit and proof the text. it is in this regard that King David pleaded: “who will understand errors, absolve me of what is hidden” (Psalms, XIX, 13). In the manner of the ancient copiers, we too shall conclude our words: My brothers the readers, please, if you see some error, please check it well (for many times, it is not an error at all), then correct it and call our attention to it, so as to uphold "remove an obstacle form the path of my people (Isaiah, LVII, 14) and we will post the correction at this page, and G-d willing we shall correct it in the next printed edition. Please do not judge us negatively, but only positively. In the same way as there is no wheat without chaff, so there cannot be a script without error. And our Rabbi Seadia Gaon has already preceded our request in his introduction to the book of "Select Beliefs and Opinions" (The Rabbi Kappakh edition, p. 6): "And I hereby any sage who will browse this book to swear in G-d's name that should he find something wrong within it, that he should correct it, and if some word be in doubt, he should interpret it for the better, and not heed the fact that the book is not his, or that I have preceded him in explicating what was not clear to him; for sages take pity on wisdom, and they have compassion for it, like the compassion of relatives, as it has been written: ‘you shall say to wisdom: you are my sister'. Although there are also fools who take pity on their foolishness and refuse to forsake it..." and see his other wonderful words there.
